Undergraduate Leadership Institute - Zeta Class

ULI

Undergraduate Leadership Institute May 31 - June 7, 2014:

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., held its Zeta Class sponsored by General Electric in Cincinnati, OH. Ninety-seven of the best and brightest Collegiate members participated in the week long professional development experience across a myriad of themes; Brotherhood, Leadership, Campus Life, Community, Transitions, Managing Your Brand, and Achievement.

The focus is to equip these members with skill sets to improve their Collegiate chapters, expand their network and fellowship with fraternity leaders and undergraduate brothers, recognize and appreciate leadership styles similar to and different from their own, develop and understanding of the concept of leadership in the 21st century, learning how to facilitate change versus maintaining the status quo, identifying your personal ‘brand” and how to manage it, and finally learning about career opportunities at General Electric. These members had the opportunity to meet and learn life lessons from three Laurel Wreath recipients:
